Purpose and legal basis
We collect the personal information you provide in the registration form to: (i) manage your event registration and check-in; (ii) send operational communications about the event (e.g., venue, schedule, updates); and (iii) send occasional marketing communications about future events and initiatives. The legal basis for (i) and (ii) is the performance of pre-contractual or contract-related steps necessary to organize the event. Marketing communications are sent on the basis of your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.

Categories of data collected
Typical data collected: name, surname, email address, company/role (if provided), and any other information you voluntarily enter in the registration form. We do not collect sensitive data unless you explicitly provide it.

Recipients / Sharing
To manage the event, your registration data will be shared with the event co-organizers and with third-party service providers involved in event delivery (e.g., badge/check-in providers, technical platforms, mailing services). These recipients will act either as independent controllers or as processors; contacts and roles can be provided on request.

Retention

• Registration and operational data: retained until you withdraw consent.

• Marketing data : retained until you withdraw consent.

Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data (access controls, TLS for data in transit, backups). We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we treat protection seriously.

Your rights
